He was born on April 4, 1959 in the city of Horlivka, Donetsk region, Ukraine.
In 1980-1984 he studied at the Penza Art School. Academician KA Savitsky at the Department of Sculpture.
Since 1992 - a member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine.
In 2009 he was awarded the title of "Honored Artist of Ukraine".
Peter Antip's works are stored in museums and private collections in Ukraine (I. Dychenko, V. Landik, O. Samsonenko, O. Yefimov), Russia, France (D. Shtul's collection), Germany (Dr. H. Klein's collection) and Sweden.
