The exhibition aims to explore and visualize the processes that move people forward in achieving their goals, dreams, and ambitions. This project presents works that embody various aspects of motivation: from internal motivation to external incentives, from personal experiences to collective aspirations.

The concept of the exhibition is based on the idea that motivation is not only a personal experience, but also a complex social process that connects people through shared values and goals.

The main goal is to show the nature of motivation, how war changes our perception in the search for meaning in the face of instability, as a source of change, supporting a dialogue between the artist and the viewer about what inspires and motivates us to act:

1. Intrinsic motivation: how personal experiences, dreams, and ambitions influence our motivation.

2. Social factors: how external influences such as environment, culture and society shape our desire to achieve.

3. Obstacles and challenges: how we cope with difficulties on the way to achieving our goals and what strategies we use to overcome crises.

4. Victory and achievement: visualizing success, celebrating achievements, and the importance of recognizing the journey.

Among the works presented, you will find paintings that encourage dialogue and self-reflection. The exhibition will be a meeting place for ideas, inspiration, and an opportunity for everyone to find their own motivation through creative expression.
