Since 2003 Oksana Chepelyk - leading expert of the Institute of Contemporary Art of Ukraine and the author of numerous articles and monographs "Interaction architectural spaces, contemporary art and new technologies."

In 2007 founded the International Festival of Social Sculpture in Kiev.
